Conveyors are an essential part of automated packaging lines, connecting different machines and ensuring smooth product transfer.

At Dasong Machinery, we commonly use three types of conveyors:

PVC Belt Conveyor

Suitable for medicine boxes, cartons, and other lightweight products. It provides smooth and stable conveying and is widely used with bundling machines, overwrapping machines, and case packing machines.

Roller Conveyor

Designed for heavier cartons and shipping cases. With high load capacity and good accumulation capability, it is commonly used after case packing and carton sealing, especially before robotic palletizing.

Flexible Plastic Slat Chain Conveyor

Suitable for bottles, containers, and small products. Its flexible layout allows straight and curved conveying, making it ideal for packaging lines with limited space or complex layouts.

Different conveyor types can also be combined in one packaging line according to the product and production requirements.

For automatic case packing, conveyors can work together with a product collating platform to arrange products into the required pattern before they are picked by an XY-axis system or robotic arm. Stacking mechanisms can also be added for multi-layer arrangements.
