DS600 Automatic Case Erecting, Packing and Sealing Machine integrates case erecting, stacking, product loading, and case sealing into one automated system.
An optional robotic arm can be added for labeling, palletizing, and end-of-line logistics automation. Equipped with a full-servo control system, the machine features carton detection, product infeed monitoring, overload protection, and carton positioning inspection to ensure reliable and controlled operation.
Its modular design allows easy changeovers and efficient handling of irregular products, inserts, and leaflets. With a production capacity of up to 5 cases per minute, it is an ideal solution for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and personal care product packaging lines.
